Class of 2012

In honor of her last first week of school, I'm adding Kelsey's blog post.  She was such a trooper for this shoot, because she had just twisted her ankle two days before!  And I'm talking swelling, bruises, & crutches twisted that ankle!  She braved the heat and hobbled and crutched her way all around downtown Collinsville for me, and  I love the way her images turned out.  Such a beautiful girl!  Thanks Kelsey for allowing me to photograph you!  I very much enjoyed the change of pace from babies & toddlers ;)

Mamas lock up your daughters....

...'cause this little guy is going to be breaking hearts all across the south.  He is seriously one of the most handsome little boys I've ever seen.  Those big brown eyes, long lashes, & curls just melted my heart!  He was such a joy to photograph, and for only 4 years old was really quite the model!

I love baby smiles...

...and this little guy certainly obliged.  He was a doll...have you ever seen such perfect hair & lashes???  And those rolls...ahh such a chunky little guy.  He was perfection!

Sweet Ava Jane

After my string of boys, it was nice and refreshing to pull back out the pink!  Little Miss Ava Jane was such a dainty little girl, and she was (in my opinion) the absolute best age to photograph a newborn @ just 6 days.  I love that age...they are still so sleepy and curly.  I love the images we got...I think some of my faves to date!!  A big thanks to her sweet parents for letting me photograph her!

I was in love with his sweet little rolls and those lips!  And check out his head full of hair.  Too cute!

Check out this sweet, tiny little guy who is the spitting image of his daddy :)  Love all his dark hair!!

Baby Liam @ 7 days

This sweet boy was a perfect little angel for his first photo session.  He slept right through his poses and let me do just about whatever I wanted.  Such a little cutie!
