SNOW!!

We got our 1st snow of the year yesterday! I know, I know, just a dusting, but it was still pretty! Sasha and I went out and enjoyed a little run around the yard, and I snapped a few pics. LOVE the 1st one, with her mid air...priceless...she was having an absolute ball!

Brooks Family. Christmas Session.

Ah, the Brooks clan...such a fun, sweet family. We had a ball tromping around a big pasture (carefully dodging little treasures if you know what I mean!)...it's no easy feat getting 4 kids and 2 adults to look at the camera all at the same time, but I think we managed to get quite a few good ones :)

Braden. Christmas session.

Braden is seriously one of the cutest kids...EVER. He has the funniest expressions! I had a lot of fun chasing him around :) Honestly, my legs are a little sore this morning...

Allyson Lauren.

Meet Ally. She is such a cutie! I was so excited when I got to her house and she was sound asleep...unfortunately, as soon as I started to pose her, she woke up and refused to drift off again! Oh well, I think I got some great shots of her anyway :)

Chase + Jeanna. Forever.

Meet my twin brother, Chase, and his super photogenic fiance Jeanna. I was extremely flattered that they asked me to shoot their engagement pictures. We spent the morning driving around downtown Birmingham looking for good backdrops. The grafitti wall is by far my favorite. I'm still working on editing, but couldn't wait to share a few!!

Old Baker Farm + Rylee Bug :)

Yesterday I joined some friends @ Old Baker Farm in Harpersville. What an awesome place! Very sweet people and very adorable animals! We took along Miss Rylee, who is just as cute as they come...she absolutely loved all of the animals! (Just a little advice...if you take a trip there, take some Off spray...the mosquitos are as big as birds, and they are vicious!!)

This little guy was just a week old...check out those teeth...how stinkin' cute!

This was Peanut...the hugest pig I've ever seen (and yes, I said hugest...I'm sure it's a word).

Christmas Mini Sessions

I will be offering Christmas mini sessions for $50 from now until November 15. These sessions are great for getting that family photo for Christmas cards or for personal Christmas gifts! You will have a 30 minute session, and you will receive a free 8x10 print of your choice. You will also have an online album to order prints and Christmas cards...I have plenty of designs to choose from! You must have all mini session orders placed before December 5th!!

Celebration

I work with an awesome group of people. This past January, one of our nurses, Jan, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Through the surgeries, the radiation, and the chemo, she has had the most amazing and positive attitude. Last week we celebrated the end of 24 weeks of treatment by releasing 24 pink balloons from the rooftop. What an amazing thing to be a part of!!
